About the Role
We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will advance team maturity and autonomy across multiple teams, enabling scalable agility and maximizing value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and improve transparent workflows, Agile routines, and team operating practices
- →Enable cross-team and cross-department collaboration, aligning team goals with strategy
- →Identify risks and remove impediments to maximize value delivery
- →Coach teams and individuals, providing feedback and supporting motivation and maturity
- →Facilitate critical sessions when needed and promote distributed facilitation
- →Drive continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and increase performance and effectiveness
- →Support org-wide change initiatives and transform teams toward autonomy; mentor internal leaders
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience working with teams in Scrum environments
- ✓Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and context-based application
- ✓Deep understanding of the Software & Product Development Lifecycle and engineering practices (XP as a plus)
- ✓Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (incl. adult learning/training)
- ✓Proven ability in systems thinking, working across multiple teams and departments
- ✓Experience in conflict management, feedback culture, and trust-based relationships
- ✓Data-informed improvement mindset: EBM, metrics, forecasting, strong remote collaboration skills
- ✓Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages
