About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our team at Creatio, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. This role will be responsible for managing Corporate and Enterprise partner accounts in the USA region, ensuring partner health, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- →Drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunities
- →Manage renewals of annual agreements
- →Perform quarterly business reviews both onsite and remotely
- →Deliver satisfied partner relationships that result in references and renewals
- →Conduct regularly scheduled partner check-in calls
- →Lead the qualification process with partners
- →Deep search in social media and identify/contact potential partners
- →Acquire new target partners and supervise onboarding
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment
- ✓Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- ✓Experience in managing partner accounts
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
- ✓Fluent in English — both verbal and written
- ✓Understanding of CRM and BPM applications
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- ✓Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to identify and focus on highest-revenue potential partners
- ✓Understand key industry trends and dynamics
- ✓Strategic thinking
- ✓Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
