Preferred Qualifications
β’ 3β6 years of experience in UX, UI, product design, or digital marketing
β’ A portfolio that shows beautifully crafted work, data driven thinking, and measurable impact
β’ Proficiency in Figma and other standard design, collaboration and AI tools
β’ Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and presentation-ready design artifacts, while leveraging AI to support exploration and iteration in the design process
β’ Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component-based thinking
β’ Fluent in accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
β’ Experience working in agile teams for product design and collaborating with product managers, developers, and cross-functional partners
β’ Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support ideation, synthesis, prototyping, and content generation
β’ Comfortable facilitating and supporting design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders that move the work forward
β’ Experience in consulting, agency, or complex enterprise environments is a plus
β’ Exposure to commerce, service design, personalization, or enterprise platforms is also a plus
β’ Motion graphics or video editing is a big plus

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%β30%.
