About the Role

Crexi is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to operationalize GTM strategy and optimize performance. This role will partner with senior leaders to manage scalable, data-driven operating models while maintaining excellence in execution, governance, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and maintain the GTM tracker, ensuring all initiatives, milestones, and deliverables are accurately documented and up to date.
→Serve as project manager for critical cross-functional initiatives, defining clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.
→Partner cross functionally to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategy.
→Manage documentation, communication, and governance of standard operating procedures across GTM teams.
→Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues, working with stakeholders to implement solutions.
→Act as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, providing visibility into project status and organizational alignment.
→Coordinate project-based workstreams, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.
→Support a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and data-driven decision making.
→Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.

Requirements

✓3 to 6 years of experience in GTM Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
✓Strong expertise in project management, program coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
✓Experience with Salesforce, BI tools, Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred.
✓Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and initiatives.
✓Experience working in high-growth or scaling environments.
✓Experience managing teams or leading project-based workstreams.
