About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team at Cribl, a remote-first company that empowers employees to do their best work from anywhere. As the data engine for IT and Security, we help solve pressing data needs for many of the biggest names in demanding industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- →Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
- →Support customers during proof of concept sessions
- →Document interesting use cases in blog posts and contribute to our ecosystem developing packs and content
- →Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone work environment
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
- ✓Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Consulting Services
- ✓Experience working with multiple operating systems (proficiency with Linux a must)
- ✓Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex
- ✓Ability to travel up to 40% across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- ✓You must live in Germany
- ✓Fluent speaking and written skills in English and German
- ✓Experience working remotely
