About the Role
We are looking for an Omni-Channel Marketing Manager to join our DTC Omni-Channel Marketing team. This role will support omni-channel lifecycle marketing programs from strategy through execution in Braze across various channels to increase user engagement and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, QA, and launch campaigns in Braze across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and automated multi-step journeys
- →Configure behavioral triggers, lifecycle automations, and personalized messaging using static and dynamic content
- →Manage and evolve audience segmentation strategies to optimize targeting, engagement, and lifecycle performance
- →Support the development and execution of omni-channel lifecycle marketing strategies aligned to business and campaign objectives
- →Help develop and maintain a roadmap for campaigns, customer journeys, and A/B or multivariate testing
- →Identify and execute testing opportunities in segmentation, messaging, timing, and channel mix to improve KPIs and engagement metrics
- →Analyze campaign and journey performance, document results, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- →Ensure compliance with deliverability best practices and applicable regulations
- →Partner closely with Engagement, Creative, Product Marketing, and Data Engineering teams to align messaging and campaign objectives
- →Drive operational improvements through automation, documentation, and process standardization
- →Provide guidance and support to international marketing teams to replicate and execute global programs effectively
Requirements
- ✓Strong strategic thinking, technical platform expertise, and analytical rigor
- ✓Experience with Braze and omni-channel marketing across multiple channels
- ✓Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey optimization
- ✓Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing
- ✓Understanding of deliverability best practices and regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- ✓Experience working with international marketing teams
