About the Role
Our team of Client Success Managers is responsible for ensuring our clients reach their desired outcomes through Crisp’s video marketing and production campaigns. You’ll act as a liaison between our cinematographers and our clients to ensure we deliver an incredible final product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track video production with clientele and the production department
- →Track performance of social media content, campaigns, community engagement, and overall social presence, and present findings to clients monthly
- →Collaborate with the Creative team and internal partners to translate strategy into consumer-facing assets
- →Build and maintain client relationships by setting and managing expectations and addressing concerns
- →Serve as a liaison between clients and cinematographers and editors
- →Create production booklets for clients
- →Coordinate and execute client campaigns, optimizing and problem-solving as needed
- →Develop insights into clients’ target audience and social media usage to inform content and social strategies
- →Implement, monitor, and measure social media campaigns to support brand awareness
- →Minimize churn by maximizing client value from service offerings
- →Develop and execute renewal strategies aligned with client goals
- →Identify opportunities for upsells and ensure client program renewals
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 6 years of professional experience with proven success in client-facing roles and a marketing background
- ✓Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred, not required
- ✓Embody empathy, resourcefulness, and drive
- ✓Exhibit extreme attention to detail and organizational abilities
- ✓Have a team-centric attitude
- ✓Possess a fast-paced work ethic to meet tight deadlines
- ✓Focus on problem-solving and taking initiative
