About the Role
Crisp is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by engaging and qualifying inbound leads. This role involves both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Quickly engage and qualify inbound leads through speed-to-lead outreach via phone calls, emails, and SMS
- →Proactively source additional pipeline through outbound prospecting activities
- →Convert initial prospect interest into scheduled Strategy Sessions
- →Complete 80–100+ daily outreach activities to maintain pipeline velocity
- →Use consultative discovery techniques to identify client needs
- →Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM
- →Confirm and follow up on scheduled Strategy Sessions
Requirements
- ✓Able to work in our Atlanta, GA office 5 days per week or willing to relocate
- ✓At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and hit targets
- ✓Comfortable communicating with C-level executives
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of outreach activities
- ✓Coachable mindset with eagerness to learn
