About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Practice Lead to join Cro Metrics, a modern Digital Marketing Agency that integrates paid media with CRO, creative, and measurement to drive compounding growth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling our paid media offering into a predictable, high-performing, high-margin practice.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the standard for media strategy and execution by establishing best-in-class standards for campaign architecture, optimization, and experimentation.
- →Run the Paid Media practice like a P&L owner, owning growth and profitability while building and executing an annual plan.
- →Recruit, grow, and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, setting performance expectations, and coaching.
- →Be the senior strategic partner to client executives, building trusted relationships and leading QBRs and annual planning.
- →Drive growth through pitches, packaging, and disciplined qualification.
- →Integrate paid with CRO + creative to create compounding impact.
- →Own measurement and decision-quality rights by establishing reporting standards and attribution approach.
- →Build a repeatable cross-functional delivery system with clear operating rhythms and roles.
Requirements
- ✓8–12+ years in paid media / performance marketing, with significant experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- ✓Demonstrated track record owning a practice or department, including hiring, process design, and client leadership.
- ✓Strong strategic and hands-on execution ability across major platforms.
- ✓Proven ability to manage profitability through resourcing, scope discipline, and operational rigor.
- ✓Excellent executive communication skills.
