We’re looking for Marketing Customer Support Specialists who can combine paid campaign knowledge with strong customer-facing skills. This role supports advertisers and marketing clients, helping them succeed with digital advertising solutions in a fast-paced, international environment.

🔹 What You’ll Do - Support clients using paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms - Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance issues - Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat - Assist clients with advertising tools, social media products, and digital solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or campaign-related issues - Ensure client satisfaction while meeting quality and performance KPIs

🔹 What We’re Looking For - Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory) - Degree in Marketing or a related field - Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing - Background in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company - Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals - Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills - Ability to work both independently and within a team
