About the Role
Join Crossjoin Solutions' Academy as an IT Support Specialist. You will provide first-level technical support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure while undergoing intensive training to prepare for real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- βSet up user accounts and configure hardware/software for new employees
- βAssist in monitoring network performance and checking logs
- βCreate and update documentation for resolving frequent IT issues
- βAct as the first responder to security or suspicious activity reports
- βMaintain and write basic automation scripts using Python
- βTroubleshoot issues with internally developed tools
Requirements
- βBachelor's degree in Computer Science
- βMinimum 1 year of proven experience in IT support
- βHands-on experience with first-line technical support
- βExperience with system administration, networking, or IT security
- βResilience in problem-solving and pressure situations
- βAutonomy and responsibility
- βStrong organizational and time management skills
- βEffective communication skills
