About the Role
Crusoe's Cloud Product team is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technical projects, aligning Product and Engineering. This role requires a high-level individual contributor comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about AI infrastructure and managed services, and capable of defining program frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βEnd-to-End Program Ownership of AI IaaS & Managed Services projects
- βHands-On Execution: Personally manage complex, high-risk technical programs
- βRoadmap Leadership: Collaborate with Product/Engineering to develop and deliver a multi-quarter roadmap
- βRisk & Dependency Governance: Proactively identify technical, organizational, and business risks
- βCapacity & Investment Planning: Assess technical resource needs for high-priority initiatives
- βExternal Partner Engagement: Coordinate programs with external dependencies
- βExecution Frameworks: Implement lightweight, scalable TPM frameworks
Requirements
- βAI Infrastructure Fluency: Deep technical knowledge of AI infrastructure and managed services
- βExperience at Growth/Scale phases: 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager
- βAI Tool Integration: Daily, active use of AI tools to enhance workflows
- βStrategic Influence: Proven ability to influence technical and executive leaders
- βExecutive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
