About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transactional & Corporate Paralegal to join our growing Legal team in Denver. This role will provide dedicated support to the Finance team in debt finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the deal lifecycle in debt finance and M&A transactions
→Coordinate legal due diligence workstreams and organize deal files
→Manage Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) for debt financing and M&A projects
→Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and maintain corporate records
→Maintain entities, registered agent services, and independent director services
→Assist with initiatives to improve deal and corporate governance efficiency

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
✓Minimum of 5–10+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a high-volume transactional practice
✓Deep familiarity with the lifecycle of M&A and debt finance transactions
✓High level of proficiency with MS Office suite and Google Workspace
✓Exceptional organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
