About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a skilled and strategic Technical Training Manager to lead workforce development initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. This leadership role will manage a team of trainers and oversee technical training programs to ensure consistent skill development from onboarding through advanced certifications.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage, mentor, and guide a team of technical trainers across different facilities
→Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive technical training strategy for the entire company
→Lead the development and execution of efficient onboarding programs for all new hires
→Supervise the development of all training materials, ensuring consistency and quality
→Implement and manage a system for assessing employee competency through practical tests and certifications
→Work closely with senior leadership and department managers to align training programs with business objectives
→Use data and performance metrics to measure training program effectiveness

Requirements

✓Proven experience in a leadership or management role with direct team supervision
✓At least 7+ years of combined experience in manufacturing and training
✓Experience with fabrication, electrical assembly, or related field
✓Ability to develop a scalable, long-term training strategy
✓Experience designing and implementing comprehensive training curricula
✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
✓Ability to identify training challenges and develop data-driven solutions
