About the Role
We are looking for a Growth-Led Marketing Operations Manager to join HIGHER!, a new business branch of Crypto Banter. This role focuses on driving performance, operations, execution, and outcomes of trading challenges, acting as the commercial driver responsible for hitting targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Funnel & Drive the Numbers: Responsible for the conversion and success of every challenge, architecting high-converting funnel flows and coordinating creators and emailers to hit targets
- →Lead on Launch Execution: Turn growth ideas into concrete launch plans and serve as "Mission Control" during the "Go-Live" phase
- →Optimise Lifecycle & Revenue Growth: Design and manage automated retention flows and audit conversion data to maximise ROI
- →Brief for Conversion: Bridge between technical setup and creative output, providing high-intent briefs to creators and the email team
- →Real-Time Performance Ownership: Monitor metrics during active marketing windows and proactively adjust resources or tweak funnel logic
Requirements
- ✓Commercial Accountability: Proven track record of being held to specific revenue or user-growth targets
- ✓Direct-Response Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and ability to identify conversion rate issues
- ✓Lifecycle & Retention Mastery: Skilled in designing automated sequences across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS
- ✓High-Pressure Decision Making: Ability to monitor real-time metrics and make immediate calls during a launch
- ✓Persuasive Communication: Strong ability to write and speak direct UK English
