About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team at Crypto.com. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge automation solutions, primarily focused on enhancing client onboarding, operational efficiency, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python for machine learning models, automation scripts, and system integrations
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
→Design and implement robust backend systems for large-scale automation projects
→Build and maintain high-performance, secure APIs for payment handling and automated reconciliation systems
→Develop backend logic and integration layers for workflow verification and automated support triggers
→Manage complex data structures and perform database optimization for high-frequency transaction logging
→Architect seamless connections between internal microservices and external third-party platforms

Requirements

✓5+ years of professional backend development experience
✓Expert-level hands-on Python & Node.js skills
✓Deep experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for building production-ready services
✓Solid command of relational database concepts and expert SQL querying skills
✓Significant experience with large-scale automation projects
✓Practical experience in backend requirements for payment reconciliation and KYC compliance
✓Proficient in English and experienced in collaboration with global teams
