About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to manage digital marketing campaigns across new product lines including credit cards, loyalty programs, crypto trading, derivatives, stocks, and prediction markets. This role focuses on driving growth initiatives and campaign development in a competitive and regulated market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search and social media platforms
- →Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition
- →Customize creative and messaging to align with regional regulations and user intent
- →Utilize data to segment users by behavior, geography, interest, or device
- →Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine audience targeting
- →Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Adjust
- →Produce comprehensive reports on KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV
- →Ensure all marketing activities comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements
- →Stay informed about legal landscapes, industry trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in performance marketing
- ✓Strong commercial understanding and ability to craft compelling messaging
- ✓Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets across multiple countries
- ✓Deep expertise in self-service paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit
- ✓Solid understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle
- ✓Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset
- ✓Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams
- ✓Strong account management and negotiation skills

- ✓Crypto native or familiarity with community-led growth and Web3 technologies
- ✓Passion for trading and investing across traditional and decentralized finance
- ✓Additional language skills beyond fluent English
