Influencer Marketing Lead (Sports Predictions) at Crypto.com

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Manager to lead the influencer channel and strategy for our sports predictions product. This foundational role requires designing, implementing, and scaling the program from the ground up within the US regulated derivatives and predictions landscape. The ideal candidate will act as an entrepreneurial self-starter with flexibility to utilize diverse commercial models.

Key Responsibilities

• →Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute full-funnel influencer strategy for sports prediction product
• →Source and manage talent across social media channels, podcasts, and non-traditional influencer channels
• →Execute commercial negotiations using various deal structures like CPA, Rev-Share, and flat fees
• →Work with Sports Prediction Growth Hacker to integrate influencers into campaigns and promotions
• →Manage influencer whitelisting and paid media amplification using platforms like Meta ads manager
• →Collaborate with community management team to ensure authentic influencer integration
• →Act as primary interface for Legal and Compliance teams to implement scalable solutions
• →Own influencer vetting process to ensure alignment with legal requirements and advertising standards
• →Maintain clear documentation of compliance workflows and provide feedback to stakeholders
• →Partner with legal teams to draft guidelines for live-streamed and unscripted content
• →Utilize Tableau and Impact.com reporting to measure and communicate channel value
• →Attend US-based industry events to recruit partners and represent the product
• →Balance direct outreach with agency management to scale influencer program
