About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Main App Onboarding at Crypto.com to architect the 'First Mile' experience for users. You will own the critical window from when a user downloads the app to when they make their first trade, navigating global compliance, fraud prevention, and UI/UX to ensure a seamless entry into the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a high-impact onboarding strategy that reduces 'time-to-trade' and grows the new consumers base for Crypto.com
- →Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across the entire sign-up funnel to minimize drop-offs
- →Manage and optimize integrations with third-party identity verification and liveness-detection vendors
- →Build and prioritize a data-backed roadmap, balancing technical debt, localized regulatory shifts, and new feature launches
- →Lead 'squads' of Engineers, Designers, and Data Scientists to ship high-quality features in a fast-paced environment
- →Monitor onboarding trends to ensure Crypto.com remains the industry benchmark
Requirements
- ✓6+ years in Product Management, ideally within FinTech, Neo-banking, or Crypto
- ✓Mastery of product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau)
- ✓Solid understanding of global KYC/KYB standards and digital product requirements
- ✓Comfortable discussing API integrations and backend logic with engineers
- ✓Proven track record of taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Ability to influence stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering
- ✓Knowledgeable in using AI tools for prototyping, PRD, research, and creation of designs
