About the Role
We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role focuses on optimizing global finance initiatives through detailed analysis and management of digital asset holdings and liquidity positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare and analyze daily treasury reports on digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movements
- →Monitor and manage crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols
- →Assist in transaction booking and balance sheet reconciliation
- →Support liquidity forecasting and capital allocation to optimize funding strategies
- →Provide support on enhancing and streamlining operational workflows
- →Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle treasury processes
- →Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- ✓1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered
- ✓Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis
- ✓Knowledge of crypto exchange operations or stablecoin treasury operations
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data is a plus
- ✓Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
