About the Role
We're hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered tools and automations across our portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can connect AI capabilities with real business processes, not just write code, but understand how teams work, spot where AI fits, build the right solution, and drive adoption. You'll start with performance marketing and expand wherever AI can unlock efficiency and scale. Success in your first 6-12 months means shipping production automations that teams actually use, measurably reducing manual work across multiple departments.
What You'll Do
β’ Build and deploy AI tools and automations across brands, including image processing, feed optimization, content generation, reporting, and process streamlining.
β’ Connect software systems and APIs to create integrated workflows that scale across multiple brands with minimal reconfiguration.
β’ Work directly with teams across departments to understand their manual processes and build AI-powered solutions that replicate and improve them.
β’ Write scripts (Python, JavaScript) and design AI workflows using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
β’ Cross-connect data across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, content management systems, and image libraries.
β’ Scale proven tools to additional brands by adapting validated solutions for cross-brand deployment.
β’ Train non-technical teams on AI tools and ensure sustained adoption and productivity gains.
β’ Continuously identify high-impact automation opportunities by networking across the organization and prioritizing by ROI.
Required Qualifications
β’ 2-5 years of experience building automations, integrations, or AI-powered tools in a marketing, e-commerce, or operations environment.
β’ Strong working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and the ability to design reliable AI workflows and prompts for production use.
β’ Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred; Zapier, Make, or similar accepted).
β’ Comfortable writing Python and/or JavaScript to connect APIs, process data, and build lightweight applications.
β’ Familiarity with marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, or comparable.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Self-directed and resourceful. You find the problem, propose a solution, and ship it.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with n8n specifically.
β’ Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or AI agent architectures.
β’ Background in retail, DTC, or multi-brand e-commerce environments.
β’ Experience training or onboarding non-technical users on new tools.
