About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team at CloudKitchens. In this role, you will support the Business Unit Leader and partner closely with other senior leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- →Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce planning needs and talent strategy.
- →Support performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on goal-setting and development plans.
- →Assess organizational needs and provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
- →Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-based decision-making.
- →Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- →Stay updated with employment laws and develop HR policies ensuring compliance.
- →Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Requirements
- ✓Strong HR business experience partnering within high-growth companies, particularly across Brazil and Colombia.
- ✓Experience working within HRBP processes with understanding of local labor regulations.
- ✓Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
- ✓Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling environments.
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data.
