About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Manager to support Cube’s leadership and own office operations. This unique role blends administrative support, operational excellence, and hands-on people operations work, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide high-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
- →Draft, proof, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- →Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- →Maintain a welcoming and efficient workspace in both in-office and hybrid environments
- →Organize company-wide events, team offsites, and internal gatherings that build community
- →Partner with recruiting to support scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination
- →Assist with early-stage HR processes, including new hire orientation and recordkeeping
- →Support employee engagement efforts and people programs that enhance culture and retention
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in executive support, office or operations management, and exposure to people operations or HR tasks
- ✓Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- ✓Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and pivot between strategic and tactical priorities
- ✓Experience with HRIS/ATS, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms a plus
