About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Application Support Engineer to join Cubic³, a company providing advanced software-defined vehicle solutions worldwide. This role involves providing technical support and customer service as part of Level 2 support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate with support and development teams to resolve application and system issues
- →Design and maintain expertise in application processes and systems
- →Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis
- →Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures
- →Maintain professional relationships with engineering and customer support departments
- →Organize and implement projects ranging from small to medium size
- →Perform root cause assessment and debug issues on server domain
- →Coordinate with test department to assist in releases and deployments
- →Provide support, identify issues, and prepare documentation
- →Manage production systems and recommend performance optimizations
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft IIS and Database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server)
- ✓Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
- ✓Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
- ✓Complex problem solving skills
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Demonstrable ability to learn technical information quickly
- ✓Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- ✓Demonstrated ability to be flexible and take a proactive approach to problem solving
- ✓Desired Experience
- ✓Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- ✓Experience using tools like Postman to create HTTP/s requests
- ✓Degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
- ✓Basic knowledge of programming concepts, preferable C#
- ✓Experience in building effective relationships with development teams and clients
