About the Role
Cyara’s UX Team is seeking a Senior User Experience / User Interface Designer to join their Agile product development process. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, document, and roll out products for the Cyara Automated Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to all aspects of defining the user experience of Cyara’s products, including user research, wireframes, user stories, and usability requirements.
- →Validate and refine design solutions through user testing methods and translate insights into high-quality user experiences.
- →Drive design-driven projects that elevate product usability and visual design.
- →Present designs to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback into revised iterations.
- →Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.
- →Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and incorporate inclusive design principles.
- →Thrive in an autonomous, remote-friendly environment with asynchronous communication.
- →Champion the value of great UX within Cyara, applying a user-centered approach to strategic decisions.
- →Use and evolve Cyara’s design system and brand guidelines for visual and functional consistency.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent.
- ✓Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
- ✓Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and UX/UI processes.
- ✓Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- ✓Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- ✓Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- ✓Portfolio of design projects.
