About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and highly-collaborative Senior Product Manager to join our strategic and fast-growing SaaS Identity Security Platform. This role is a key influential force driving the business, responsible for product vision and strategy, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead products/services that serve multiple other products/services while providing exceptional service to customers
- →Collaborate in a cross-functional environment, partnering with other Product Managers, R&D, and departmental leaders to align and execute product strategies
- →Perform ongoing product and market research to discover incremental improvements and identify new opportunities
- →Innovate and improve the product to ensure growth and best fit to market needs
- →Use analytical and quantitative skills to develop informed business cases and product decisions
- →Collect, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, defining product features and managing the product roadmap
- →Establish robust SaaS product management practices and contribute to building a winning SaaS platform
- →Engage with enterprise-scale customers to ensure satisfaction with our product offering
- →Focus on both internal and external customers, collaborating with sales, professional services, and other stakeholders
