About the Role
CyberArk is seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives across Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin America. This role involves working directly with customers to design secure, scalable identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead engaging product demonstrations and workshops
- →Guide customer evaluations and partner with Sales Specialists
- →Support marketing efforts and contribute to technical content
- →Offer real-world feedback to Product teams
- →Troubleshoot challenges and identify integration paths
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, or Endpoint Security
- ✓Knowledge of IAM/IGA vendors and products
- ✓Exposure to identity platforms like CyberArk, Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
- ✓Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles
- ✓Proficiency with REST APIs and API testing tools
- ✓Deep understanding of IAM Compliance, Governance, Lifecycle, and Workflows
- ✓Excellent communication and teaching skills
- ✓Scripting knowledge preferred
