About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Lead (Staff Engineer) to serve as the technical authority for the Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) for RDP team. This is a hands-on technical leadership position focused on setting technical direction and ensuring architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the technical vision and architecture of the SIA RDP services
- →Lead system design for complex, distributed, and security-sensitive solutions
- →Drive design reviews and serve as the final technical authority on critical decisions
- →Mentor engineers and elevate the team’s technical bar
- →Design, develop, test, secure, and deploy production-grade services using AWS serverless architecture
- →Lead implementation of complex cross-team and cross-service features
- →Research, design, and implement sophisticated cybersecurity mechanisms
- →Ensure secure-by-design principles are embedded into architecture
- →Work closely with security architects, product managers, and other development teams
Requirements
- ✓Deep technical expertise in AWS serverless architecture
- ✓Strong experience with AWS CDK and Python
