About the Role

We are seeking to hire a Mid-level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at CTEC, a leading technology firm providing modernization and digital transformation services to the U.S. Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality
→Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to ensure appropriate test coverage
→Identify, document, track, and validate resolution of defects using Azure DevOps
→Create and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites
→Perform Section 508 and accessibility compliance testing
→Assist in performance, integration, and system testing activities
→Generate test reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders
→Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support continuous delivery
→Contribute to improving QA processes and automation practices

Requirements

✓At least 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related roles
✓Experience developing and executing manual and automated test cases
✓Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
✓Experience using Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking
✓Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
✓Experience performing Section 508/accessibility compliance testing
✓Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
✓Experience working with cross-functional teams
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
✓Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
