About the Role
Cyderes is seeking a Network Engineer to join their Technology Services team in India. This mid-level role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing global network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco Meraki, cloud networking, and Zero Trust architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and support Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- →Monitor, maintain, and optimize network performance for stability, security, and uptime
- →Develop and enforce network standards, policies, and procedures
- →Troubleshoot complex network issues across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- →Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams on scalable solutions
- →Manage network-related projects from planning through execution
- →Implement and support Zero Trust network architectures and Zscaler solutions
- →Design and maintain networking solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- →Work with vendors and service providers to manage network services
- →Stay current with emerging networking and security technologies
- →Provide regular reporting on network performance and improvement initiatives
- →Participate in on-call rotation for critical network services
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in network engineering or related role
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- ✓Proven experience managing enterprise networks in multi-site and global environments
- ✓Experience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, and GCP
- ✓Solid understanding of network security principles including segmentation and Zero Trust models
- ✓Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools
- ✓Familiarity with hybrid networking architectures
- ✓Exposure to network automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational best practices
- ✓Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Meraki CMNA, AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate
