We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Architect & Prompt Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven conversational solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role combines AI architecture, prompt engineering, and advanced conversation design.
🔎 Key Responsibilities AI Architecture & Development Architect and deploy end-to-end conversational AI solutions on GCP. Hands-on development using Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, CCAI, Playbooks, and other GCP AI tools. Integrate conversational agents with backend systems, REST APIs, and Google Cloud services. Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents: POC → production → enhancements. Apply MLOps best practices, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. Prompt Engineering & Conversation Design Create and refine high-quality prompts for generative AI models. Design intuitive conversational flows (voice + chat) with intents, entities, and state handlers. Tune and optimize NLU/NLP models for accuracy and contextual performance. Ensure AI output aligns with brand guidelines, safety, and responsible AI principles.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, CCAI). Proficiency in Python, automation, and data analysis. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations. Conversational & Linguistic Skills Strong understanding of linguistics, syntax, and human–AI interaction. Proven experience in prompt engineering for LLMs. Ability to design engaging, logical conversation flows. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical approach.
