D2L is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager for North America Corporate Learning, overseeing the employee training ICPs, who will be an integral part of the demand generation (growth marketing) team and the key liaison between Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
The primary responsibility of this position is to translate marketing activity into pipeline and future revenue, and this role oversees the development and management of go-to-market strategy via a full spectrum of pipeline-building, demand generation programs—everything from field and proprietary events to ABM campaigns.
The successful candidate will design integrated marketing plans to further the company’s mission, create demand, drive pipeline, deliver measurable results, and solve stakeholder challenges.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Curate cohesive, multi-channel demand generation plans and execute them with a focus on collaboration and clear communication of the vision, KPIs, timelines, and results.
• Support cross-functional teammates by prioritizing outputs & workload management; identify risks and opportunities to better execute integrated campaigns.
• Serve as the hub for cross-functional knowledge management / communication relating to your target ICPs.
• Solve problems getting in the way of campaign and pipeline success.
• Drive cross-functional execution of highly collaborative initiatives.
• Ensure a unified vision of success aligned to pipeline generation goals.
• Execute on project and program administration (status reporting, monitoring campaign and pipeline performance metrics, etc.) and communicate progress, risks, and results.
Demand Generation Strategy & Campaign Planning:
• Create unified cross-functional program plans, then partner with GTM teams (BDR, performance marketing, events, product marketing, content marketing, marketing ops, etc.) to execute
• Lead the development of purposeful, well-thought-out demand generation campaigns, driven through quarterly planning, monthly alignment, and weekly execution.
• Strategically align with peers and colleagues to craft targeted campaigns that support account-based marketing (ABM) and pipeline acceleration.
• Track and report on campaign and pipeline impact: monitor and optimize performance at every stage of the funnel to improve conversion and engagement
• Identify opportunities to iterate and improve demand generation performance and outcomes
Performance Ownership & Impact
• Drive accountability for pipeline generation, campaign performance, and growth outcomes.
• Ensure campaign execution is aligned to business goals and revenue targets.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing programs to improve ROI and effectiveness.
• Provide clear visibility into performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Competencies
• 3–6 years of B2B SaaS experience managing highly complex, cross-functional demand generation or growth marketing programs
• Familiarity with corporate learning initiatives / employee training ICPs
• Results-driven: make recommendations informed by campaign and pipeline data
• Strong goal orientation with a focus on pipeline and growth outcomes
• Ability to deliver outcomes by focusing on business impact vs activityPush campaign boundaries through testing and creative demand generation approaches
Education:   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related discipline 
The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
