About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at D2L, a cloud company modernizing education. This role is responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and strategic alignment across assigned accounts, ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive customer retention, growth, and strategic alignment across assigned accounts
→Manage renewals, expand revenue opportunities, and foster strong executive relationships
→Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that showcase outcomes and success metrics
→Proactively manage churn risk and ensure accurate forecasting
→Champion client engagement by driving participation in key in-person events

Requirements

✓5+ years of account management experience in a SaaS environment
✓Proven ability to manage a large book of business with multiple accounts
✓Experience with enterprise-level web-based applications
✓Strong understanding of revenue drivers, renewal processes, and expansion opportunities
✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to lead QBRs and influence stakeholders
✓Proficiency in forecasting, risk assessment, and interpreting success metrics
