About the Role
We are building out our first SP BDR team to generate leads and fill the top of our sales funnel as we launch the go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a hyper-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
- →Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
- →Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes.
- →Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
- →Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.
- →Contribute ideas to build the SP BDR function from scratch — your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.
Requirements
- ✓1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- ✓Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
- ✓Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
- ✓Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- ✓Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process
- ✓Overall track record of professional and academic success
