About the Role

Dandy is seeking a Product Manager to help deliver best-in-class product experiences for their Anterior Crown & Bridge (C&B) product line. This role involves collaborating with engineering, dental design experts, operations, and other departments to implement innovative features and value propositions that differentiate Dandy's products in the market.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Anterior Crown & Bridge (C&B)
→Develop features that contribute to achieving Dandy’s >50% market share goals
→Manage product expectations across physical and digital workflows
→Implement marketing/GTM strategy to accelerate market share
→Transform customer feedback and data into actionable product recommendations
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
→Develop a deep understanding of Anterior C&B workflows and manufacturing processes
→Work with ML/AI and robotics teams to accelerate product development
→Define, track, and report on key metrics for product performance

Requirements

✓10+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, and operations
✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
✓Proactive problem-solver who can work independently while supporting broader team goals
