About the Role
Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company. This role focuses on interview coordination and candidate experience while partnering with recruiters and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Maintain accurate interview plans and candidate data in Ashby ATS
- →Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members
- →Collaborate with recruiters and the Recruiting Operations team to improve processes
- →Support projects aimed at enhancing candidate engagement
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a high-growth, diverse organization
- ✓Experience using an ATS
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Comfort navigating ambiguity and ramping up quickly
- ✓Experience improving recruiting operations
- ✓Passion for continuous learning and growth in recruitment
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
