About the Role

Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology and is seeking a Junior Compensation Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. This role involves supporting the design and administration of sales compensation programs that drive growth and align incentives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the administration and maintenance of Dandy’s variable compensation plans across go-to-market teams.
→Analyze compensation and performance data to support commission processing and incentive design.
→Partner with senior compensation team members, Revenue Leadership, Finance, and Revenue Ops on annual and quarterly compensation processes.
→Prepare compensation data by pulling, reconciling, validating, and maintaining inputs from multiple systems.
→Build and maintain commission calculators, trackers, models, and dashboards for payouts and reporting.
→Support the operational execution of compensation plans and tools, including new implementations and plan launches.
→Test calculations, validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate payouts.
→Create and maintain compensation documentation and serve as a first line of support for compensation-related questions.

Requirements

✓2–4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, operations, consulting, or a highly analytical role.
✓Strong quantitative skills with hands-on experience in Google Sheets / Excel.
✓Strong skills with hands-on experience in Salesforce / Looker.
✓High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
✓Clear written and verbal communication skills.
✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
✓Curious, coachable, and motivated to build expertise in compensation.
✓Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
