About the Role
Dandy is hiring a founder-mindset Revenue Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Revenue Operations team owns the processes and performance engine that power Dandyβs go-to-market motion.
In this role, you will own the operational infrastructure behind Dandyβs Total Addressable Market (TAM) and portfolio management. This includes designing and maintaining the systems, processes, and assignment logic that determine how TAM is structured, enriched, distributed, and maintained across sales teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every pursuit in our addressable market is high-quality, properly assigned, and operationally scalable across segments and geographies.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, data architecture, and GTM systems design, requiring someone who can translate complex datasets into operational processes that drive market coverage and sales productivity.

What You'll Do
- Own TAM Operational Infrastructure
- Design and manage the operational processes that structure and maintain Dandyβs Total Addressable Market (TAM).
- Ensure high data quality, completeness, and accuracy across market datasets used by sales teams.
- Define governance frameworks to ensure the TAM remains clean, scalable, and operationally reliable.
- Partner with Data and BizSystems teams to operationalize market datasets into GTM systems.
- Design Portfolio & Pursuit Assignment Architecture
- Own the processes and system logic that assign pursuits across sales teams and segments.
- Define assignment frameworks, routing rules, and portfolio ownership models.
- Ensure pursuits are distributed in ways that maximize coverage, productivity, and market penetration.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize assignment models as the business scales.
- Build Market Data Enrichment Infrastructure
- Design scalable processes to source, enrich, and validate market data used to expand TAM coverage.
- Develop frameworks for international TAM expansion and operational readiness.
- Partner with Data, Marketing, and external data providers to ensure high-quality market intelligence.
- Ensure Market Coverage and Portfolio Quality
- Monitor TAM coverage and portfolio health across sales teams.
- Identify gaps, duplication, or inefficiencies in how accounts and pursuits are distributed.
- Build reporting and monitoring systems that ensure sales teams are consistently working high-quality pursuits.
- Institutionalized Market Operations
- Create repeatable frameworks for portfolio assignment, TAM maintenance, and market data governance.
- Ensure market operations are embedded into Salesforce and core GTM systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Marketing, and BizSystems teams to continuously improve market infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking β able to translate complex datasets into operational processes.
- Experience working with account datasets, portfolio management, or market coverage models.
- Understanding of sales routing, assignment logic, and portfolio management frameworks.
- Comfort working at the intersection of RevOps, data teams, and systems architecture.
- Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to data quality and operational rigor.
- Bias toward ownership β you proactively identify structural improvements rather than waiting for direction.
Bonus Points For
- Experience designing account assignment frameworks or portfolio models.
- Experience managing large TAM datasets or market coverage models.
- Fluency in Salesforce, SQL, Looker, or modern GTM tooling ecosystems.
- Experience supporting international GTM expansion or multi-market operations.
- Experience partnering closely with data engineering or analytics teams.
