About the Role
Dandy is hiring Senior Software Engineers to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. You'll be challenged to learn new technologies and solve problems independently, contributing to the development of our next-generation Supply Chain platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a custom planning and scheduling system to optimize our design-to-order supply chain
- →Support domestic and international logistics including shipping and customs
- →Develop order routing logic for real-time visibility and delivery
- →Automate operations via configurable systems for real-time response
- →Build rules and software capabilities to optimize system dynamics
- →Collaborate with Manufacturing team and stakeholders to maintain high quality standards
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of full stack software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup
- ✓Experience with logistics and operational domains
- ✓Experience with large and complex production systems
- ✓Strong ability to operate with minimal oversight and deliver end-to-end projects
- ✓Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions
- ✓Understanding of how business functions and how to address challenges through engineering
