About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Platform Engineer to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable infrastructure and systems to support our growing product engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain infrastructure, systems, and tooling for Dandy’s products
- →Improve developer experience and productivity across software repositories
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to influence objectives and long-term goals
- →Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
- →Craft code that meets internal standards for style and maintainability
- →Identify and solve technical debt issues
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience in a high-growth startup
- ✓Experience with Public Cloud Infrastructure (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience creating automated CI/CD build processes
- ✓Experience with infrastructure as code platforms
- ✓Experience designing cloud infrastructure architecture
- ✓Experience with observability platforms
- ✓Collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset
- ✓Ability to communicate complex technical problems
- ✓Experience with performance optimization
- ✓Comfort working in agile development processes
- ✓Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
