About the Role
Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology and is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their rapidly scaling technology organization. This role involves orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive industry-defining products and experiences for dentists.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the execution and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs for International Launches, spanning multiple engineering teams and business functions.
- →Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics, and manage the end-to-end technical readiness for new market launches.
- →Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.
- →Establish clear communication, develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and program timelines to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.
- →Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, and resilient across diverse international technical landscapes.
- →Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization.
- ✓Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, product platforms, and stakeholders.
- ✓Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies.
- ✓Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms.
- ✓Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity, and focuses on driving measurable impact.
