About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Daniels Health, a global leader in healthcare safety and sustainability. This role will provide central support to our Director of Account Management and Sales Teams, while also engaging directly with customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide administrative support to the Director of Account Management
- →Schedule meetings across the company, including interviews, sales meetings, and customer appointments
- →Support key projects and business initiatives by tracking deliverables and following up on outstanding items
- →Evaluate current processes and procedures, developing new SOPs to close any gaps
- →Review Salesforce Pipelines and summarize key activity for the Director of Sales
- →Conduct ad-hoc research outside the normal scope of Sales Activity
- →Manage Executive Calendar/Email, coordinate program planning, and support Commercial/Sales Outings
- →Provide data entry support for the Sales team related to customer information and feedback
- →Support the sales team with reports, bridge communication, and task delegation
- →Organize and support National Sales meetings
- →Help manage a Sales calendar for RFPs
- →Spearhead weekly updates with the Sales Team to prioritize outstanding requests
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of B2B Sales experience or Sales support experience
- ✓Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy working environment
- ✓Be precise and detail-oriented
- ✓Have excellent data management skills in Excel, Salesforce, and ERP systems
- ✓Proven ability to build and improve administrative systems
- ✓Be a self-starter comfortable working autonomously
