About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition function by driving top-of-funnel activity and identifying strong talent for a variety of roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform candidate searches using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- →Draft high-quality InMails and outreach messages to engage candidates
- →Review resumes and profiles for alignment with role requirements
- →Partner with recruiters to understand role needs and priorities
- →Maintain accurate information within the ATS (Lever experience preferred)
- →Track outreach, pipeline movement, and sourcing activity
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- ✓Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- ✓Strong writing skills, especially in creating effective outreach messages
- ✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- ✓Experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
