About the Role
We are seeking a senior, customer-facing technical leader to operate at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, AI-driven data fusion, and real-world national security missions. This role bridges product, engineering, and go-to-market execution, owning technical solutions for priority customers and ensuring rapid translation of mission needs into deployable capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support and grow user base by aiding analyst users to onboard and use the system
- →Assist customer integrations and pilots, including integrating new data sources and coordinating pilot programs
- →Rapidly deploy new capabilities needed for demos and pilots
- →Support customer meetings and pitches by preparing workflows and ensuring data is loaded
Requirements
- ✓Collaborative with a go-getter mindset and self-directing behaviors
- ✓High integrity with open and honest communication
- ✓Experience with startups and early stage software products
- ✓Experience as a prior government intelligence analysis
- ✓Strong technical skills with data integrations, cloud software deployments, and full stack software development
- ✓Strong communicator able to work with analysts to senior executives
