About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our high-impact team at Darkroom. This role involves supporting a portfolio of accounts by building strong client relationships, organizing workstreams, and driving performance through clear communication and thoughtful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

→Build a strong understanding of Darkroom’s solutions suite and value proposition
→Partner with Client Leadership and internal teams to translate client goals into action plans
→Own day-to-day client communication including meeting notes and follow-ups
→Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery
→Support strategic recommendations by organizing learnings and identifying opportunities
→Develop client deliverables including performance reporting and updates
→Maintain account hygiene and documentation
→Contribute to forecasting and account planning
→Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

✓2–4+ years of experience in client-facing account management or client success
✓Agency or AdTech experience preferred
✓Solid understanding of eCommerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing
✓Clear and professional communication skills
✓Highly organized and detail-oriented
✓Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, and CRM tools
✓Strong presenter with ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders
✓Team-oriented and collaborative
