About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. This role focuses on building a global team and ensuring our hiring engine runs smoothly across all time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end hiring for a diverse range of roles in Sales, Marketing, SEs, and Product
- →Actively source and nurture passive talent in the Observability and Cloud ecosystems
- →Provide data-backed guidance on headcount planning and organizational design
- →Implement scalable processes for fair, objective, and efficient hiring decisions
- →Maintain high data integrity within Ashby and track key metrics
- →Manage workflows across North America and Europe
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth B2B tech/SaaS environments
- ✓Proficiency with Ashby and modern recruitment stacks
- ✓Experience navigating both NA and EMEA talent markets
- ✓Strong sourcing and coordination skills with a consultative approach
- ✓Understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem; familiarity with Observability or Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
