About the Role
We are looking for an Emerging Enterprise Core Account Executive to join Databricks, the data and AI company. This role involves selling to Emerging Enterprise accounts and helping solve the world's toughest problems with data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess accounts and develop strategies to engage all buying centers
- →Use a solution-based approach to create value for existing accounts
- →Switch between technical stakeholder and business buyer personas to connect customer challenges to business value
- →Identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- →Track customer details in Salesforce
- →Map whitespace opportunities and identify viable use cases
- →Orchestrate and work with teams to maximize ecosystem impact
- →Build value in engagements to promote successful negotiations
- →Deliver technical and business results using the Databricks Intelligence Platform
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas
- ✓Experience in consumption-based sales motion
- ✓Strong closing experience and evidence of exceeding sales quota
- ✓Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-growing organization
- ✓Sales experience within Cloud software, open source technology, or Data and AI space
- ✓Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services and co-selling with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams
