About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Databricks and drive high-complexity, high-impact technical programs. This role will transform how Databricks operates and deliver significant business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn program business and technical outcomes end-to-end, ensuring direct, measurable business impact.
- βLead large-scale, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes despite competing priorities.
- βDrive complex, cross-organizational programs spanning multiple domains.
- βMeasure the impact of implemented outcomes and define clear KPIs.
- βEnable structure and clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.
- βMaintain a deep technical understanding of solutions being built.
- βMentor other TPMs and drive organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- β8+ years of experience driving strategic technical initiatives.
- βExperience creating and evolving program management frameworks.
- βDeep expertise in Security, Infrastructure, or Business domains.
- βExperience leading cross-functional security or risk-reduction initiatives.
- βExpertise in Fit-Gap Analysis and technical trade-off discussions.
- βAdvanced ability to define and break down complex business problems.
- βStrong communication skills with the ability to influence executives.
- βExperience in the enterprise software industry.
- βBachelorβs degree required.
