About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join Databricks in France, focusing on the Automotive and Manufacturing sector. This role involves building relationships and closing new business opportunities with multinational automotive manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess key accounts and develop strategies to meet revenue and consumption goals
- →Implement strategies to exceed revenue and consumption targets
- →Build positive relationships with key decision makers, including C-level executives
- →Identify new business opportunities and develop expansion use cases within key accounts
- →Orchestrate and utilize internal teams to maximize impact on your ecosystem

Requirements
- ✓Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- ✓Experience managing large enterprise-class manufacturing clients in France
- ✓Proven experience selling complex software deals
- ✓Experience contributing to structured enterprise transformation projects (data, analytics, or AI)
- ✓Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models
- ✓Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value
- ✓Experience following robust sales methodologies and processes
- ✓Experience building effective champions and collaborative teams
- ✓Experience developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success
- ✓Understanding of how to identify important use cases and buying centers
- ✓Fluent English and French language skills
