About the Role
We are looking for an Order Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team at Datadog. This role involves supporting a fast-growing sales team with order management and process optimization in a hybrid workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review opportunities to ensure compliance with company procedures
- →Coordinate resolution of Order Form discrepancies with internal departments
- →Facilitate signature requests for Legal Agreements and Order Forms
- →Serve as subject matter expert for External Marketplace orders
- →Provide daily training and sales support for opportunity close process
- →Suggest process improvements to optimize Order Operations tasks
- →Test projects before implementation
- →Expand internal documentation for Order Operations processes
- →Complete tasks by month-end deadlines and escalate issues when needed
- →Perform tasks impacting Customer billing and access to Datadog solutions
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years experience in Order Management or equivalent
- ✓Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- ✓Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace is preferred
- ✓Strong time management, organization, and detail orientation skills
- ✓Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Bachelor's Degree
